Rocks from above!

No, the sky isn’t falling.  Its a cool blog I just learned about called Rocks from Above.  While I sometimes blog about cool geology I see from the air (see the Geology on the Wing series), this blog is all about interpreting geology from the window of a plane.  Maybe me and Selby Cull, the bloggist (I like that better than ‘blogger’), are long lost cousins interested in geology and flying.

Rocks from Above has a great library of Google earth kml files of different cool geology to see from the plane, and even takes a scientific approach to planning the route of flight (which is not even easy for pilots to sometimes do!)
